We make up numerous kinds of hampers: for retro parties, birthdays, anniversaries and particularly at Christmas. Themes include 'Puddings Galore,' 'Gin Lovers,' and 'A Trip down Memory Lane.' We can make up vegan hampers, sugar-free and, because we database every ingredient of every sweet, even gluten-free and dairy-free items from around the shop.
We sell gifts all the year round, especially tins of sweets (many of which can be re-used afterwards as money boxes, including our very own Mr Simms tins which can be sold empty or filled with your favourite selections.
If jelly fruits are your thing, we have boxes of those or can make up packs of your favourites. Meltis Newberry Fruits (first registered in Bedford in 1908) are still really popular.
We also have a range of travel sweets from Simpkins of Sheffield. Contents include cherry drops, mixed-fruit, aniseed and butterscotch
'For those wanting to take a memory of Worcester away with them (apart from the floods), we have developed our own 'Mr Simms Worcester' labelling, which includes tins of tea and biscuits from Farrahs of Harrogate, as well as our pick n' mix jars. These are made up in advance to include the likes of Sherbet Lemons, Coconut Mushrooms, Scottish Tablet and Barley Sugars, but can also be filled with sweets of your choice.
On the subject of hot drinks we also like to help local suppliers, so we sell coffee from Coffee Masters of Holt Heath and a range of vegan-friendly hot chocolate from The Cosy Chocolate Company of Bishampton. We particularly like their Pumpkin Spice variety.
